Hiring full-time or part-time sales assistants for the Ski Broker ski rental and retail store in Fraser, CO. Assist customers with rental of ski and snowboard equipment and winter apparel purchases in a positive, fast paced and high adventure environment. Hourly pay is $14/ hr. with end of season bonus based on performance. Employee housing available to full time employees. Job duties include, but not limited to:

• Self-motivated individuals with exceptional work ethic
• Must work well with others
• Good written and oral communication skills, computer skills, team player attitude, and cash handling skills required.
• Sale mentality, interacting with customers and seeing through final sales
• Quality tech skills including tunes, mounting, adjustments and repairs to customers’ equipment according to guidelines.

• Focused on ski maintenance & upkeep of rental fleet while maintaining a professional back of house atmosphere
• Ensure strong ski shop knowledge of waxing, base repair, tune machine set up and maintenance
